Our aluminum Service Bodies are constructed using standard 1/8” 5052 aluminum alloy materials. This lightweight material is an ideal choice when corrosion and weight reduction are contributing factors to your body design. Aluminum does not sacrifice strength or durability to gain these advantages. All hardware is installed using stainless steel or aluminum fasteners to further prevent oxidation.

Steel Service Bodies are constructed with 16-gauge galvannealed steel as a standard practice. We use this zinc-iron alloy-coated material to help counteract the corrosion properties of mild steel. If you are unconcerned with your vehicles payload limit or are looking for a more economical approach to a Service Body, then a steel body is for you.

Configurations of inside cabinets are vast in number and not limited to certain designs. Every Truck Master Service Body is finished off with a polyurethane topcoat, a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects, and our National Safety Mark when installed by us.
